Termite Inspections in Southern Nevada

Buying or selling a home is always a tedious process and as much as we hope that things go smoothly they hardly ever do. Before you put your house on the market, make sure you have the right professionals doing a thorough check of your interior and exterior to ensure that your home is not afflicted by a wood destroying termite infestation.
Blackburn Pest Control is licensed to perform VA, FHA, and NACA approved termite inspections for anyone buying, selling or refinancing a home. Even though termite infestations are rare in the Las Vegas Valley, they can get established in a home or business. Termites get into our homes when there is moisture in the wood. A few examples can be water leaks, stucco damage and cracks in shower tiles. We also look for "conditions conducive for infestation" that would create a moisture issue that if unattended to can be very costly.
